3. What to do if my product still doesn't work online (PC and game consoles)
1. Playing Online on PC
1.1. Game installed on the PC
Your game must be installed locally on your PC running Windows 10/11 or later. This will allow you to access online gaming features and use your Flying product.
1.2. Driver installation
Make sure you have installed the driver for your product. If needed, you will find the link in the “Drivers” section on your product page: Technical Support Website
1.3. Streaming and Cloud Gaming on PC
Most remote server gaming services (Xbox Game Pass, Xbox Remote Play, PS Remote Play, Amazon Luna, etc.) will not support your Flying product. By default, they support a keyboard, mouse, and standard gamepad.
However, the GeForce NOW service does allow streaming/cloud gaming with some joysticks (e.g., T.Flight Hotas One, T.Flight Hotas 4). See our article: Thrustmaster Compatibility with GeForce NOW for Streaming / Cloud Gaming (PC, Mac)
2. Playing Online on Game Consoles
2.1. Game installed on the console
The game must be installed locally on the game console. This will allow you to access online gaming features and use your Flying product.
2.2. Compatibility and settings check
Check whether your game appears in the compatibility list displayed on your product page under the “Games Settings” section: Technical Support Website
Compatible games appear in the list for the relevant game console.
Note: The “Games Settings” section only appears on our website if the product is compatible with a game console.
If you are playing a flight simulation specifically on an Xbox console, this article may help: My Thrustmaster joystick or yoke doesn’t work or stops working when I’m playing online on Xbox
2.3. Note: Cloud Gaming and Streaming on game consoles
On game consoles, remote server gaming services (Xbox Game Pass, PlayStation® Plus) will not support your Flying product. By default, they support standard game controllers.
As of today, no service allows Streaming / Cloud Gaming with a Thrustmaster Flying product on game consoles.
3. What to do if my product still doesn't work online (PC and game consoles)
To ensure your product operates correctly, you can follow these steps:
