Products: T248 (PS4/PS5/PC) ; T248 (Xbox One/XBox Series/PC)
If your T248 is not recognized by your PC or your games console, we suggest you carry out the tests below.
The ignition, detection and calibration of the racing wheel depend on these important points.
1. Check and test the connections of your racing wheel
1.1. If you play on a game console
On a PlayStation console, if the T248 LED lights up but the racing wheel is not recognized by your console or a game, your T248 may have remained in PC mode. So try to reconnect it.
- press the MODE button (on the steering wheel)
- manually switch to PS4 or PS5 mode using the d-pad
- Then press the PS button (on the steering wheel)
On Xbox Series S™ or Xbox Series X™ consoles, if your T248 is not recognized or malfunctions in a game, ensure that the console's Quick Resume is deactivated.

1.2. Whether you're using a PC or a games console, check the connections on your T248
Directly connect the power supply to a wall outlet
- If you usually use an extension cord and/or a power strip, avoid using them.
Directly connect the USB plug to a USB port on your PC or games console.
- If you usually use a USB extension cable and/or a USB HUB, avoid using them.
1.3. If your T248 continues to behave the same way
- Try again by connecting the T248 to another USB port* on your PC or game console. (*if you have a desktop PC or a high-end games console (PS4 Pro, PS5, Xbox One X, Xbox Series X), we recommend using a USB port at the back)
- If you play on a games console, try again by connecting your T248 to a PC running Windows® 10 or more recent.
- If possible, you can try connecting your T248 using another USB-C/USB-A cable. - For T248 (Xbox One/XBox Series/PC) only: check that the Quick Release on the USB cable is properly connected.
2. Solutions, if despite the tests the behavior of your T248 is confirmed
2.1 If the power LED (located on the steering wheel) does not light up and your T248 does not move
- Your T248 may have lost its firmware. You can therefore try to wake it up using the wake-up procedure (Bootloader)
Bootloader T248 PS4/PS5/PC version
Bootloader T248 Xbox One/XBox Series/PC version
Warning: The Bootloader only applies to a racing wheel that does not power on at all.
2.2 If the LED lights up, but your T248 does not react, is still not recognized or its calibration is incomplete
